Some disclosures await confirmation of provider and business details. They are marked in gold and should be approved before this policy is relied upon.

01

Who we are and how to reach us

Primeline Operations is the trading name of PL Operations LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (business ID 10079024) with its registered office at 9936 SW 69th St, Auburn, KS 66402. PL Operations LLC (“Primeline Operations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides financial organization and operational consulting to small business owners, freelancers, and creatives, and operates this website.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at kpalmer@primelinefinancialllc.com or by telephone at 785-260-7797. Please use the subject line “Privacy Request” so your message is routed correctly.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Approve a dedicated privacy contact address (for example privacy@), so requests have a documented destination beyond a personal mailbox. Written requests may alternatively be sent to the registered office above.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information created when a browser loads the website. The categories below describe what this website actually does today.

Information you provide to us

  • Contact details and inquiry content: your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and the content of messages you send by email, telephone, or social media.
  • Engagement information: business and financial information you share so we can perform a session or ongoing engagement, including documents and notes you send us.
  • Scheduling information: the details you enter when booking a discovery session, which is handled on Calendly’s website rather than ours.

Account information

If you create an account on this website, we process your name, email address, account role, and the record of when the account was created. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not have access to your password.

Technical information

  • Server and security logs generated by our hosting provider, which typically include an IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, and timestamps.
  • A page-view record sent to this website’s own backend when a page loads, used to count visits. It is created by the hosting platform, records the page path, and does not identify you by name.
  • Small amounts of data stored in your browser to operate the site and remember your privacy choice, described in the Cookie Policy.

What we do not collect

  • We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and no advertising trackers are installed on this website.
  • We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. The platform’s built-in event collection is switched off, and no advertising pixel is installed.
  • We do not collect payment card details through this website; no payment processing integration is installed.
  • We do not operate a newsletter or marketing-email signup on this website.
03

Contact forms, inquiries, and accounts

This website does not include a general contact form. Inquiries reach us by email, telephone, Instagram, or through the Calendly booking flow, and those messages necessarily contain your contact details. We use them to answer you, to prepare for a booking, and to keep a record of the conversation.

Accounts exist for signing in. Authentication is provided by our platform provider, and account records are stored in the website’s database.

A note on protecting what you send

Because inquiries arrive by ordinary email and social messaging, please do not send sensitive financial documents, account numbers, or identity documents in a first message. We will tell you how to share engagement materials once an engagement is agreed.

04

Client portals and dashboards

Engagements may include access to a client portal for session materials, reports, and action items. Portal content is visible to you (and any team members you authorize) and to the Primeline Operations personnel who support your engagement.

Portal access is not open to the public, and confidential client materials are not displayed on public pages of this website.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Confirm where portal content is hosted, which provider stores it, how access is scoped to the client, whether documents are stored on the website or in a separate system, and when portal access is closed or deleted after an engagement ends.

05

Payments

This website does not process payments and does not collect card or bank details. Fees are arranged separately through the proposal or invoice provided for an engagement.

If a payment provider is used to invoice you, that provider processes payment information as an independent controller or processor under its own terms, and we receive only the information needed to confirm and reconcile the payment, such as your name, the amount, and the status of the transaction.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Confirm whether any payment processor is used in practice (for example Stripe, QuickBooks, Wave, or a bank transfer rail), and approve the description of what that provider returns to the business.

06

Newsletter and marketing communications

This website does not currently offer a newsletter, mailing list, or marketing-email signup, and we do not send marketing email through the site.

We may contact you about an inquiry or an active engagement, which is service communication rather than marketing. If marketing communications are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent or opt-out mechanisms will be provided before any such message is sent.

07

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and arrange discovery sessions.
  • To prepare for, perform, and follow up on an engagement, including producing reports and action plans.
  • To provide and secure access to accounts and client portals.
  • To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and protect it from abuse.
  • To keep business records, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements.
  • To communicate with you about an active engagement.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for advertising.

08

Who receives information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver services, and only as needed for those purposes:

  • Base44 — website hosting, application backend, authentication, database, file storage, and email delivery.
  • Calendly — scheduling of discovery sessions, on Calendly’s own platform.
  • Google Fonts — delivery of a typeface used on this website, which necessarily receives the requesting IP address and browser information.
  • Instagram and other social platforms — only when you choose to follow a link from this site.
  • Professional advisors and authorities — accountants, attorneys, insurers, or regulators where necessary, or where required by law.

We may also disclose information in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Approve each provider listed and confirm any additional tools used to deliver engagements (for example document storage, e-signature, or bookkeeping software). For each, confirm the contract terms under which they process data on the business’s behalf.

09

Sale of personal information and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not run advertising, remarketing, or conversion-tracking pixels on this website.

Because no such practices occur, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out to exercise. If that changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated first, and the choice will require your consent.

10

How information is stored and protected

Information is stored in the website’s hosted database and file storage, and in our business email and records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect it, including restricting access to people who need it to perform the engagement and relying on our platform provider’s access controls.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please keep your password confidential, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Document and approve the specific security controls that can be stated publicly: whether data at rest is encrypted by the provider, backup arrangements, access-review frequency, and the incident-response procedure, including notification obligations.

11

How long information is kept

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: to answer an inquiry, to perform an engagement, to maintain business records, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Inquiry messages that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as useful for follow-up.

Account and portal content is kept while the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so that a client can retrieve deliverables. Server and security logs are retained by the hosting provider under its own retention settings.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Approve a retention schedule with specific periods for inquiries, client engagement records, portal content, and financial records, and confirm the hosting provider’s log retention window.

12

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses a small amount of browser storage that is necessary for it to work, including storage for authentication and a record of your privacy choice. It does not use advertising, remarketing, or behavioural-analytics cookies.

The full inventory, purposes, and retention periods are set out in the Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.

13

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

To make a request, email kpalmer@primelinefinancialllc.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe what you are asking for. We will need to verify that the request comes from you or someone authorized to act for you. Some information may be retained where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend legal claims.

If you are a Kansas consumer, you may also contact the Kansas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. We do not currently assert that any particular privacy statute applies to the business; the rights above are offered as a matter of practice and are subject to applicable law.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Confirm the consumer-privacy statutes that actually apply to the business based on revenue, data volume, and customer location, then approve the statutory rights list, the verification procedure, and the response deadline. Do not claim GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other compliance until applicability has been confirmed by counsel.

14

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for business owners and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

15

International visitors

The business is located in Kansas, United States, and this website is hosted on infrastructure operated by our platform provider. If you visit from outside the United States, information you provide will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Administrative placeholder — requires approval

Confirm where the hosting and backup infrastructure is located and whether any transfer safeguards are in place for visitors outside the United States. Do not state a location that has not been verified with the provider.

16

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how information is used, we will make that visible on the site.

17
