Description of products and services
Primeline Operations provides financial organization and operational consulting services to small business owners, freelancers, and creatives. This website currently presents two engagements:
Business Clarity Session — one-time engagement
A focused review of your financial organization and business workflows, followed by a written findings report and a prioritized action plan. The consultation itself runs approximately 30 to 60 minutes and is preceded by an intake. Pricing displayed on this website is a range of $497 to $997, and the final price depends on the complexity of your business and the scope of the review.
Primeline Operations Partner — ongoing engagement
Ongoing financial organization and operational support, with onboarding, agreed systems setup, workflow development, documentation, monthly reporting and review, accountability check-ins, and support within an agreed scope. Pricing displayed on this website is a range of $750 to $2,500 or more per month, and the final price depends on the complexity of your business, the systems involved, and the level of ongoing support required.
Scope of what is offered here
- The Business Clarity Session provides assessment and recommendations. Ongoing implementation, bookkeeping, and operational management require a separate engagement.
- Services are advisory and operational in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice, and nothing on this website or in our engagements creates such a relationship.
- This website does not sell goods. Prices shown describe consulting engagements and are ranges, not final quotations.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Approve the standard service descriptions used in contracts, and confirm whether any service is offered that is not described above (for example bookkeeping, tax preparation, or advisory work performed under a professional license).
Website access and acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or receiving our services. You agree not to:
- Use this website in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or data, or probe or test the vulnerability of the website or its hosting.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content, contact details, or client information by automated means, or use bots, crawlers, or scripts to overload the website.
- Interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Use the website to send unsolicited advertising or communications.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times; access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
Intellectual property and copyright
This website and its contents, including the Primeline Operations name and knot emblem, text, layout, photography, graphics, documents, reports, templates, and other materials, are owned by Primeline Operations or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written permission.
Materials you provide to us remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use those materials as necessary to deliver the services you engage us for. Third-party names and marks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners.
Customer responsibilities
When you engage us or use the client area of this website, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information about you and your business.
- Responding to requests for information or materials needed to perform the engagement.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Reviewing deliverables and deciding what to implement; business decisions remain yours.
- Keeping your own copies of records you require, and complying with your own recordkeeping, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Ensuring that any information you share with us about other people may lawfully be shared for the purpose of the engagement.
Fees, billing, and refunds
Fees for each engagement are set out in the written proposal or agreement you receive before work begins. Prices displayed on this website are indicative ranges; the agreed fee for your engagement is the one in your proposal. Final pricing depends on complexity and scope.
This website does not currently process payments. No card details are collected through the site. Payment is arranged separately as described in your proposal or invoice.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Approve and insert the business’s actual billing terms: accepted payment methods, invoice due dates, whether deposits or advance payments are required, late-payment terms, tax treatment, and the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy for each engagement. No refund or cancellation policy is stated on this website because none has been confirmed.
Why this is left open
Refund, deposit, and late-fee language creates enforceable commitments. It is intentionally not invented here and requires the owner’s written approval before publication.
Service agreements and project deliverables
Services are performed under a separate written proposal or service agreement that describes the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities of each party. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs the services it covers.
- Deliverables and timelines are those stated in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
- Our recommendations are advisory. Implementation, and the results of any implementation, depend on decisions and actions taken within your business.
- Materials delivered to you are for your internal business use and may not be resold or published without permission.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Attach or approve the standard service agreement template, including deliverable acceptance, revision limits, rescheduling, notice periods, and termination for each engagement.
Third-party services and integrations
This website relies on third-party providers and links to third-party destinations. These include:
- Base44, which provides the website hosting, authentication, database, file storage, and email delivery used by this site.
- Calendly, used for booking discovery sessions. Booking opens an external Calendly page, and information you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Google Fonts, used to deliver one of the typefaces on this website.
- Instagram, where our profile is linked. Visiting Instagram is subject to Instagram’s own terms and policies.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Confirm that the provider list above matches every service used in practice (including any accounting, project-management, or document-storage tool used to deliver engagements) and approve the description of each provider’s role.
Accounts and client portal
Certain engagements include access to a client portal for session materials, reports, and action items. An account may be required. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Portal access is for the named client and its authorized team members only. Do not share credentials or forward confidential materials to third parties without permission. We may suspend an account that is being misused or that remains inactive.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Confirm where client portal materials are stored, who within the business can access them, how long access continues after an engagement ends, and how a client requests deletion of portal content.
Disclaimers
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, attorney, tax professional, or financial advisor.
This website is provided on an “as available” basis. Except as required by applicable law, or as expressly stated in a signed agreement, we make no representations or warranties about the website, its availability, or the accuracy or completeness of its content.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Have counsel review the disclaimer and warranty language for the services described, including any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded in Kansas or in a client’s state of residence.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Primeline Operations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of this website or the services.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Approve the liability cap before publication. A common formulation limits total aggregate liability to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. The exact cap, and any carve-outs required by law, must be set by the business owner with counsel rather than inferred.
Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website or a client portal if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing access would create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the website at any time.
Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any applicable federal law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Administrative placeholder — requires approval
Approve the venue and dispute-resolution approach: the county and state courts to name, or whether disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, and whether a class-action waiver applies. This section should not be finalized without counsel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it visible to visitors and, where appropriate, to clients with active engagements. Changes apply from the date posted and do not retroactively alter a signed engagement agreement.
General provisions
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- These Terms, together with any signed engagement agreement, are the entire agreement about the website and services covered here.
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
